  • Refuse any ticket sale or transaction at our discretion.

  • Cancel or revoke tickets or event access at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct or violations of these Terms.

  • Change pricing, availability, or event programming without notice.

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method.

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds, if any, will be granted solely at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for any reason.

6. Delayed Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information through our website, you authorize us to securely store your card details using industry-standard tokenization provided by our payment processor (such as Authorize.Net). You acknowledge and agree that your card will not be charged at the time of submission.

Instead, your payment will be processed at a later time, following confirmation of your order, event registration, service approval, or another defined trigger. You will be notified prior to any charges being applied to your account.

You may contact us to cancel your pending service or request clarification before your card is charged. If you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing before the charge is processed.

We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards and applicable laws. 

7. Event Photography, Recordings, and Publicity

By registering for or attending the Jewish American Summit (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The event will be recorded, including video, photographs, and audio.

  • Your likeness, voice, and name may be captured and used for promotional, journalistic, marketing, archival, or other purposes across any and all media, including online platforms, print, television, and social media.

  • We may use and distribute these materials across various media outlets for promotional or other purposes, without compensation to you.

  • You waive any rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights with respect to use of your image or likeness.

  • You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for any lawful purpose without compensation or further notice to you.

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must not attend the event.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the Website, including comments, testimonials, or event-related content, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media now known or later developed.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must have all necessary rights to share it. We reserve the right to remove or reject any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any participant from our event or Website for any reason, including but not limited to:

Fund raised will be devoted to Aish Los Angeles’ programs that empower young Jews to take pride in their rich heritage and develop a profound connection with the Land of Israel.

Previously, as Regional Director for the Israeli-American Council (IAC) from 2015 to 2018, he strengthened community ties in Greater Los Angeles. Erez is an IDF Veteran and a proud father to three beautiful children, two of whom are IDF Lone Soldiers today.
